One of my twitter friends is represented by A & J Managment...I was wondering if any of you lovely NAPM members had experience with them/know how to approach them/know how easy they are to get represented by?!

hi there, my ds is with a&j management.i find them great but i think that they are very selective.
i just emailed some pics to them and they then called to arrange an audition.he had to perform a short drama piece and
he was then accepted the following day!
