Printing from vergin email account

I have to print some thing from my verginnemail accound but can not work out how to can some one please help me have to print a remintance to take to jobcenter to show how much I earned showed them my email but they said they can not print it so please help me or else I will lose my money thinks.

I have virgin e mail. If you look at top left hand corner of e mail you will see 3 symbols. the middle one looks like aprinter and thats what you use. Hope this helps!
