Mountview or GSA?

Which would you choose and why??????

have you got offers from these? My DD was offered a place at both 2 yrs ago, ended up turning both down and going somewhere else.

CSSD. Now in yr 2

That's great - she must be very talented to get offers from all three I am the least familiar with CSSD - Do you know why she picked it above the others?

dd is at Mountview and has loved it. However if I had offers from both I might be tempted to take Guildford. Has brilliant reputation and nicer place to live than Wood Green!

I would apply for both and some others. Both GSA and Mountview are great choices.

depends on the course, the tutors - do some research on what past students have gone onto - From what I've heard GSA has the edge, but doesn't mean that Mountview wouldn't be right for you ! Location and environment is a huge factor - cost etc. You'd be extremely talented to get into either. If you get into both, please let us all know !

GSA has had lots of staff changes over the last year, haven't heard how this has effected the courses if at all.

A good idea is to read the reviews of the end of year showcases which are published in The Stage newspaper every year - think its around April/May. You can also go and see the shows open to the public - usually by the 3rd years - to judge the standard.
