Agency Auditions - Extremely nervous!

Hi I'm new to NAPM and this whole thing :P I recently applied to two agencies: Madfish & A&J Management, I sent them a few pictures a CV and an Intro Letter. They both contacted me a few day later and asked if I could do a self tape. In your opinion which agency is friendly, respectable and very approachable? And if you've been dealing with them can you tell me your views on them? Also does anyone know any good contemporary monologues that are short? Has anyone else gotten these responses?

Both seem good. My DS is with A&J - they concentrate on acting and don't tend to do commericals or provide work as extras. They also don't tend to do workshops. However, they are really nice to work with - always come up with fantastic opportunities and we've had a great time with them. I don't know much about MadFish - except they are relatively new but already rapidly building a good reputation. Hope your audition goes well.
