For summer schools

I often have stayed in university halls of residence out of tern time. Very reasonable and clean rooms etc. I did this often when the kids were younger and hotels too expensive :)

I think most of the London Unis do this in holiday time

Thanks Welshmum - I'll have a look around some more - some of the ones I've seen won't accept 15yos

I can personally recommend UCL Halls https://www.ucl.ac.uk/residences/booking/reservation
I've stayed in James Lighthill as a student and Schafer House over the summer. Very reasonably priced and roomy for central London. The kitchen facilities are great too.
