Help With Zamzar File Converter Flosmum

Thanks Flosmum for letting me know about Zamzar only trouble is when the file is converted it loses the sound can you think of anything I am doing wrong thanks

Sorry, I only just found this.

And sorry, too, that this is a new one on me...but if you google it there's probably a community forum or youtube tutorial that would help.

By the way, Adobe Pro are offering a free 30 day trial on their new Cloud-based formats, including their film editor and photoshop. So if you have a project in hand, think you can get on with their software, but don't want to invest to buy it, it might be worth grabbing a freebie.
