Cover letter for an agency application

Hello
My friend's dd (18 yo) is applying to join an agency for the first time. She put a CV together (not worked professionally but is a very strong musician and performed in that capacity) and needs a cover letter to explain why she wants to be represented by this agency. Can anyone who is more familiar with adult agencies advise what is best to put on the cover letter as I've only got young performers Thank you.
