We have had a reply too with 'tickets attached' but only 1 was actually attached for my dd who is 11! There is a telephone number to call with any questions, so I wlll need to confirm it is ok for us both to attend :-k #-o

Oh yes, our event is Saturday 1st May! :D

Seems a bit disorganised! #-o I have just rung the BBC tel helpline number on the email & had a long repetitve discussion about what exactly our email says! He told me 1st that I have not been allocated any tickets yet, then my daughter (age 11) has but I haven't, then I have & she hasn't!!!! The email definitely says 'congratulations you have been awarded tickets to the event etc etc etc! I told him only 1 was attached. He didn't not seem to understand any of it & just said, I will have to get someone to ring you back next week! I did say I needed to know asap as I would have to inform my daughters school that she wouldn't be there on Saturday & he went to argue that my daughter wouldn't be at school [-( as it was a Saturday. I explained 3 times that she goes to school on a Saturday morning & i dont think he believed me!!!!So, the saga continues..... LOL!!! #-o

What a shambles! DD has been very grown up about it and said that if we don't have any news about another ticket before Friday it's not worth going! We are about 2 hours away from Leeds anyway. Our 1 ticket has hardly any info just a barcode and number at the bottom - sure the T&Cs title is there but with no content #-o #-o #-o #-o

Thats exactly the same as mine Topaz! We are only 30mins from Leeds so not bad for us, in fact it is nice to have something so close to home (if we get the other ticket of course!) :D :D :D

Just got back from the Leeds morning master class and it was great! I really enjoyed myself never mind DD
Amy, Bronte and Dani but no Emilie.
Amy was the strongest singer of the 3 and Jodie Prenger was fab!
